Welcome to Premium London Tours (the “Site”). Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions of Use (this “Agreement”) before using the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you read both documents thoroughly. By agreeing to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, temporary, and non-exclusive license to use the resources of the Site and to purchase tickets for our sightseeing tours. This license can be revoked at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, by Premium London Tours (the “Company”). If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the Site or purchase tickets. We recommend printing a copy of this Agreement for your records.
1. Booking Terms:
Reservations can only be made online with a valid credit card, PayPal or Stripe account. Your payment will be processed immediately upon booking, and your statement will reflect the transaction under Premium London Tours.
1a. Cancellation Policy:
All ticket purchases are final. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Tours proceed regardless of weather conditions. Due to the planning involved in each tour, please review our cancellation policy carefully:
- Cancellations must be requested via email to the address provided in your confirmation email or by phone.
- Changes to the date or time within 48 hours of the tour may incur an administrative fee.
- Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Premium London Tours.
2. Intellectual Property:
All content, materials, and services on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by the Company and its licensors. The Content is available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may link to our Site with written permission but must remove the link if requested. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the Content is prohibited. Requests for permission to use Content should be directed to the contact details provided below.
2a. Infringement Complaints:
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us via the email provided in “Contact Us” section.
3. User-Provided Information and Content:
By submitting any content to the Site, you grant Premium London Tours a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content without compensation. You confirm that you hold the rights to any content you provide and waive any claims against the Company related to your submissions.
4. Transactions and E-commerce:
Purchases made on the Site are processed through third-party payment providers. While we strive to ensure smooth transactions, we cannot guarantee complete security. If you are uncomfortable with online transactions, alternative booking methods may be available.
5. Third-Party Communications:
Interactions with third parties through the Site are solely between you and the third party. Premium London Tours is not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services.
6. Chat Rooms and Message Boards:
You are solely responsible for any content you post in forums or chat rooms on the Site. The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability:
All Content and services provided on the Site are on an “as-is” basis. Premium London Tours disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree not to hold Premium London Tours liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
10. International Users:
Our Site is operated from the UK, and we do not guarantee compliance with laws outside of this jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms:
